The life of a small business owner or entrepreneur can be hectic and sometimes stressful. The tasks keep building up, and you want to see results; you want to see progress. Practicing self-care is essential to stay healthy and happy.

Self-care is very much needed to keep you and your business running because what use would it be to have your dream business and not be happy and healthy?

Self-care does not have to be a day at a fancy and expensive spa; if you can afford that, that’s great. But you can practice self-care in simple and affordable ways. Here are simple ways to practice self-care.
