Self-discovery is the first and most crucial step towards living a life you love and being happy. Self-discovery is also an essential step toward self-love, personal growth, and self-improvement.
The way I see it is that you kneed to know yourself if you want to love yourself. It’s tough, loving someone you don’t know.
To grow and improve the person you are, you need to know yourself, because knowing yourself better can help you understand which aspects of your life you need to change or improve if you want to grow.

Often if we focus on giving something a negative meaning, we dare not acknowledge it, but when the factor of judging a feeling or thought falls away, we are more open to owning it.
