Self-discovery means getting to know and understand your character, beliefs, and feelings and realizing what has made you into the person you are now. It is finding out what you like and dislike and why.

The way I see it is that you kneed to know yourself if you want to love yourself. It’s tough, loving someone you don’t know.

Often if we focus on giving something a negative meaning, we dare not acknowledge it, but when the factor of judging a feeling or thought falls away, we are more open to owning it.
